Google Ads that book jobs.
Not just clicks.

We cut the spend that goes nowhere and move it behind the searches that turn into customers. Then we track every call and form back to the keyword that produced it.

How it starts

From audit to booked calls in four steps.

Every account starts the same way: we look before we spend.

  1. 01 · AUDITFree auditWe show you where the budget goes today and where it is wasted.
  2. 02 · REBUILDFix the baseStructure, tracking and negatives fixed first, so new spend lands on the right searches.
  3. 03 · TUNEWeekly tuningSearch terms, bids and ads adjusted every week as the data comes in.
  4. 04 · REPORTStrategy callsEvery two weeks, or weekly for larger budgets, on what moved and what we do next.
After the click

Every call traced back to the keyword that paid for it.

In Google Ads, most money is lost after the click: broad landing pages, calls nobody tracks and budget stuck on searches that never book. We build a page for each ad group, tie every call and form to the keyword, and move budget weekly to what books jobs.

  • Ad groups and landing pages built search by search
  • Call and form tracking down to the keyword
  • Weekly negatives, bid and budget changes

Questions

What people ask before they start.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

What does a Google Ads agency do?

A Google Ads agency builds, runs and improves your campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Performance Max. We handle account structure, keywords, ads, bidding and conversion tracking, so you get booked calls without managing campaigns yourself.

How much do I need to spend on ads?

We recommend at least $5,000 a month in ad spend, so Google has enough data to learn from. The right budget depends on your market and competition. If search will not work at your budget, we will tell you on the first call.

Do I own my ad account?

Yes. The account and its data are yours, and they stay yours if you leave.

How long is the contract?

After the first 3 months, agreements run month to month.

How soon will I see a difference?

Campaigns go live 5 to 8 business days after kickoff. The first 3 months are the learning period, months 4 to 6 are ramp-up, and months 7 to 12 are growth. On accounts we take over, lead generation clients see an average 32% drop in cost per lead in the first month.

Who runs my account day to day?

Your account is led by Nadya, who has run Google Ads since 2003, with support from our paid search team. You get a direct line to your strategist and a strategy call every two weeks, or weekly for larger budgets.

Can you run Microsoft Ads too?

Yes. We run Microsoft Advertising alongside Google Ads, which adds search coverage and often comes with lower costs per click.
